Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

You can request a return for exchange and/or refund of one or more items purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.

Note: Shipping costs as well as customs duties shall be covered by the customer.

Please read each entry below. Blowhammer Srl is not responsible for any returns request made not according to the instructions below.

How to return the items?

The items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be returned inclusive of all the original labels and packaging.

All returned items will be inspected by Blowhammer Srl and must comply with all parameters. Blowhammer Srl reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10 % of the value of goods returned or refuse the request for exchange/refund if the item does not comply with requirements of our returns policy.


Exchanges

How to proceed:

  • Enter the goods in the original packaging;
  • Download the form here and fill it in all its parts;
  • Insert the printed form inside the package containing the goods. If you do not fill in the form properly or you forget to add the form, Blowhammer Srl may not proceed with the exchange process;
  • The parcel has to be shipped at the following address:

Please note: In order to speed up the time to check the return of the parcel, you are supposed to get you released a tracking number from the courier to track the parcel that must be forwarded, if necessary, to Blowhammer Srl.

When will I get my exchange?

Exchanges’ delivery can take up to 6 working days (Monday-Friday) starting from the day on we receive your return. For more information on your exchange, you can write us to the following e-mail address banktransfer@blowhammer.com

I bought during the sales, can I request an exchange?

If you made a purchase during the sales, you can request an exchange of both size and model of the product. In the latter case, if you want to make an exchange, the item must (necessarily) have the same value as the initial one.


Refunds

How to proceed:

  • Enter the goods in the original packaging;
  • Download the Form here and fill it in all its parts;
  • Insert the printed form inside the package containing the goods. If you do not fill in the form properly or you forget to add the form, Blowhammer may not proceed with the exchange process;

How can I be refunded?

The refund is made by crediting the amount through the same payment method used to make the purchase or through BH Points.

Refunds are carried out with several methods according to the chosen refund method:

  • Bank Transfer: within 14 working days (Monday-Friday);
  • Paypal: within 14 working days (Monday-Friday);
  • Credit Card: within 14 working days (Monday-Friday);
  • BH Points: within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday).

Note: Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Non-compliant orders?

If you found an irregularity in the received order, please write an email to banktransfer@blowhammer.com from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
