You can return your purchase or part of it within 30 days of delivery of your order.

Your return must therefore arrive in our warehouse within 30 days of delivery of your order.

Customers returning orders from countries outside the EU are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties at the time of shipping.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact info@blowhammer.com, or use the form below within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return/exchange method.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Blowhammer.com does not offer pre-paid shipping labels.

The customer will be responsible for the return and its contents until received by us warehouse. Blowhammer.com is not responsible for lost/damaged/non-received shipments from customer-chosen carriers.
