Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases on blowhammer.com.
The seller

Who we sell to
We sell to people who buy for personal use and are at least 18 years old. We don't accept orders placed to resell the pieces. We may refuse an order if the payment has not been verified.
Prices
Prices are the ones you see on the site when you place your order, in the currency the site shows you. For deliveries in the European Union they include VAT. You see the shipping costs at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the European Union there may be duties and taxes in the destination country, and the checkout tells you whether they are already included. If your bank converts the payment into another currency, the exchange rate and fees are the bank's.
How the contract is concluded
Choose your pieces, go to checkout, enter your details and press the payment button. Before you pay you see the total with the shipping costs. After payment we send you an email with your order summary. Until your order has shipped you can ask us to change it by writing to info@blowhammer.com.
Payments
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. At checkout you'll also find the other methods available in your country. The payment services handle your card details. We don't see them and we don't keep them.
Delivery
Costs and the countries we serve are on the Shipping page. The delivery time limit is the one set by law, not later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. If we don't deliver on time, you can give us an additional period of time. If we don't deliver within that period either, you can terminate the contract and we refund everything you paid.
The additional period of time is not needed if we have refused to deliver, if the delivery date was essential in view of the circumstances, or if you told us before ordering that it was essential for you. In these cases you can terminate the contract immediately. In any case you keep your right to claim damages.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel.
Right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
You have 30 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason, while the law provides for 14. How to do it, who pays for what and when the refund arrives are explained on the Returns, exchanges and refunds page, where you'll also find the model cancellation form. The “Withdraw from contract here” link is at the bottom of every page.
Legal guarantee
Every piece comes with the legal guarantee of conformity, which lasts 2 years from delivery and is free of charge. If a piece has a defect or is not what you ordered, write to us at info@blowhammer.com. The rest is on the Legal guarantee page.
Exchanges
Exchanging a piece for another size or style is a service we offer. You request it from the returns centre within 30 days from delivery, under the rules on the Returns, exchanges and refunds page.

Complaints
For a complaint, write to info@blowhammer.com or to the PEC address bhblasted@pec.it, with your order number.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. If you live in another country, the consumer protection rules of your country also apply. If you live in Italy, the court with jurisdiction over a dispute is the court of the place where you are resident or domiciled.
Changes
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms published on the day you place it.
